Family Therapy

Family Therapy takes many forms, a starting point is to meet with a parent or both parents to discuss concerns and aims of any therapeutic support. On occasion it is helpful to observe a family at home as they go about their daily life and chat with the individuals in a relaxed and familiar setting finding out how they experience other members of the family.

I have worked with many families for many reasons such as coping with bereavement, coming to terms with a genetic predisposition to ill health, struggling with a child's behaviour or a parents sudden separation.
